House rules
We’re all in this together, please help us keep the facility clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone by following these simple rules.
Protect the screens
Use only new or undamaged golf balls. Scratched, scuffed, marked (e.g., Sharpie), or dirty balls can damage the hitting screens and affect everyone’s experience.
Respect session times
Allow 5 minutes at the end of your booking to wrap up and clear the bay for the next player. This keeps things running smoothly for all.
Guests welcome
Up to 2 playing guests are permitted per session for an additional fee per guest. Non-playing spectators are fine too, just keep them safely behind the designated area.
One hitter at a time
Only one player may hit shots in the bay while others stand clear. This ensures safety and accurate TrackMan readings.
Maximum occupancy
No more than 3 people per bay at any time (including guests/spectators).
One membership per person
Each membership is issued to a single named individual only, no exceptions. Memberships are non-transferable. Do not lend, share, or give your access details (login, code, key, etc.) to anyone else, including family, friends, or colleagues. This includes allowing non-members to book, enter, or play using your membership.
General care
No food, drinks, or touching the screens/equipment. Stay aware of your swing space, and report any issues immediately.
Little Birdie reserves the right to cancel memberships or take appropriate action if these rules are not followed.
