Getting started

The simulator may be on or off when you come to the bay. When the screen is on, follow these instructions:

1. You should see your name and booking on the screen, from the touchscreen display on the wall, push "Start Play"
   

2. Enter your pin code from your confirmation email to unlock the bay. This will be a 4 digit code. Tip: If you have the Trackman app, you can find your booked session and access code to both the door and simulator under "My bookings"
   

3. If you have the Trackman app, from the app scan the QR code in the top left corner to login. This means all your session data will be stored and you can review it later.
   

4. Choose your play mode. Enjoy!

When the screen is off, follow these instructions:

1. Press the big, orange "Launch Simulator" button
   

2. Wait for the monitor to start up
   

3. Trackman will auto launch, however start-up can take up to 4 minutes. Wait until you see your name on the screen (even when Trackman app launches, continuing waiting until you see your name). If you dont wait, and you start either playing or logging in, the session will kick you out and youll have to repeat these steps. (We know this is annoying and have flagged it to Trackman)
   

4. Once your name/booking appears on screen, follow the instructions for "When the screen is on"
